SpecialtyCare is seeking a Minimally Invasive Clinical Specialist I to work in and around the Operating Room. You will be enrolled in multi-stage, hands-on training with in-person educators, mastering laparoscopic and endoscopic setups and troubleshooting across a high-class simulation OR.

As you progress, you’ll assist physicians, prep instrumentation, and ensure video systems and tower components operate smoothly.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• No experience necessary.
• Healthcare experience or training preferred.
• Must live within 30 minutes of contracted hospitals.
• Ability to work flexible hours incl. weekends/nights/holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete pre-hire medical aptitude test and training modules.

Responsabilidades

• Providing logistical and technical support for laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries.
• Setting up, troubleshooting and maintaining all minimally invasive equipment including video systems and towers.
• Manage pre-operative setup and knowledge of instrumentation.
• Understand functionality and connectivity of all video components and troubleshooting principles.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff to ensure all preferences are met.
• Complete all paper and electronic documentation forms.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and available as needed.
• Sterilizing and decontaminating equipment and instruments after each case.
• Shadow and tray call coverage as scheduled.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and clinical guidelines of SpecialtyCare and partner hospitals.
