Job summary

SpecialtyCare is actively seeking a Minimally Invasive Clinical Specialist I to train and support operating room teams in laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures. This non-patient-care role focuses on instrument prep, equipment setup, and fast problem resolution to keep surgeries moving efficiently.

You will participate in hands-on training, shadowing, and on-site learning, with multi-stage support across several hospitals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or BA degree preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and technical support for laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries.
• Set up, troubleshoot and maintain all minimally invasive equipment, including video systems.
• Manage tower functions, pre-operative setup and instrument knowledge for hospital procedures.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff to ensure preferences are met.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation; ensure supplies are stocked.
