Job summary

Nextech is seeking a MIPS Consultant to provide expert guidance on our MIPS offerings for healthcare practices. The role includes virtual consultations, client training, and cross-team collaboration to maximize value from Nextech software suites.

You will work with internal teams and external clients, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and industry best practices, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years experience in Healthcare IT and MIPS.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI and medical clinic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring MIPS consulting services for clients.
• Host remote consultations on best practices.
• Act as internal MIPS industry expert.
• Provide product feedback as the voice of the customer.
• Develop and maintain MIPS best practices with the team.
• Identify and report bugs; assist with workarounds.
• Maintain 75% billable utilization.
• Collaborate in product education and meetings.
• Update Salesforce with client activities.
• Attend national user conference.
