Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum uninterrupted FCAW experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Interpret blueprints and welding procedures to plan sequences.
• Prepare components by cutting, grinding, and shaping to precise dimensions.
• Perform welding processes to join steel or alloys in various positions.
• Inspect welds visually and with nondestructive testing to meet standards.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and adjust parameters.
• Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to ensure proper fit-up.
