Qualifications

• 1-2 years of uninterrupted FCAW experience.
• Strong proficiency in multiple welding processes and metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1 welding code.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding procedures to determine sequences.
• Prepare components by cutting, grinding, and shaping to precise measurements.
• Perform FCAW welding to join structural steel or alloy parts.
• Inspect welds visually and with nondestructive testing; ensure integrity.
