Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or field technology roles.
• Basic working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.

• Knowledge of FrontRunner and/or Dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Participates in intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution of customer tickets to ensure timely outcomes.
• Assesses issue criticality, business impact, and urgency to prioritize work.
• Performs root-cause analysis and resolves software-related issues across systems.
• Travels to customer sites as required to support projects or investigations.
• Supports deployments, upgrades, configuration changes, and issue resolution activities.
• Maintains professional communication via tickets, email, and phone.
