Qualifications

• Knowledge of FrontRunner and/or Dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Participates in intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution of customer support tickets.
• Assesses issue criticality and business impact to prioritize resources.
• Performs root-cause analysis and resolves software-related issues.
• Travels to customer sites to support projects or investigations.
• Supports deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Participates in after-hours support rotation.
