Job summary

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of relevant construction experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction/Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, contract administration, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate multi-party teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s representative on the project site and lead on-site activities.
• Ensure work is executed safely and aligns with design, cost, and schedule targets.
• Foster a collaborative IPD culture and cross-team coordination.
• Provide functional oversight of contractors and Owner’s staff to deliver shared outcomes.
