Ledcor is seeking a Project Coordinator to support mine-site operations and work with field teams to keep daily activities running smoothly. This site-based role involves real-time coordination, progress tracking, and safety oversight to deliver safe, efficient mining projects.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in field engineering or project coordination within mining, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in MS Office and scheduling tools like Primavera.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field engineering or project coordination in mining or similar env.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, mining tech, or related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools like Primavera.
• Experience with operational planning software and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Interpret mine plans and project specs to support field supervisors.
• Perform quantity calculations, production tracking, and daily progress reporting.
• Develop shift plans, work packages, and sequencing for mine-site activities.
• Support surveying, layout tasks, and as-built data collection.
• Compile daily labor timesheets and operational reports.
• Participate in safety reviews, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Coordinate materials, consumables, and equipment to meet timelines.
• Assist with organizing crews, equipment, and work-area logistics.
• Provide oversight and coordination support to field operations and contractors.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and assist with technical docs and drafting.
