Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a driven Project Coordinator for mining site operations across the United States. This site-based role involves traveling to mining locations, coordinating field teams, and ensuring safe, efficient project execution.

You will support real‑time coordination, progress tracking, and operational planning, collaborating with field crews, supervisors and contractors to deliver high‑performance mining projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field engineering or project coordination within mining
• Proven track record supporting multi‑phase mining projects
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• Advanced proficiency with Office and Primavera

Responsibilities

• Interpret mine plans, drawings and specs to support field crews
• Perform quantity calculations, production tracking and daily progress reports
• Develop shift plans, work packages and sequencing for site activities
• Support surveying tasks, control point management and as‑built data collection
• Compile daily labor timesheets and production logs
• Participate in safety reviews and safety meetings
• Coordinate materials, consumables and equipment to meet timelines
• Organize crews, equipment assignments and on-site logistics
• Provide oversight to field operations and contractor activities
• Perform basic engineering calculations and assist with documentation
