Job summary

Milford Mining Company is seeking a skilled Project Electrician to support mining and mineral processing operations in Utah. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems across crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching, SX/EW circuits.

You will collaborate with maintenance and operations to ensure safe, reliable plant performance. Candidate will read schematics, work with PLCs, VFDs, and DCS, and uphold MSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience in mining, processing, or heavy industry.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout and safe electrical practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in processing plant and facilities.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in crushers, conveyors, pumps, mills, and SX/EW operations.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals to support installations and repairs.
• Work with PLCs, VFDs, and DCS to support process control and automation.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
