Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer in Henderson, NV to drive the mechanical discipline on medium to large mining and industrial projects. You will lead technical delivery, engage clients, and help grow the mechanical team across North America.

The role requires a US PE license (Nevada preferred) or reciprocity, plus extensive experience in concentrators, mineral processing, and bulk material handling. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years of mining or heavy industrial project experience.
• U.S. PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical discipline on mining and industrial projects.
• Support business development with technical proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor engineers, designers and technicians within the discipline.
• Coordinate with process, structural, electrical and instrumentation teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet CPI/SPI targets and client expectations.
