Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline; equivalent senior-level mining construction experience.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive construction and construction management experience in mining, mineral processing, industrial, or heavy construction environments.
• Experience across the complete project lifecycle from pre-feasibility to handover and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction leadership from early works through turnover and handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple contractors across concurrent fronts.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, schedule, and risk management in project execution.
• Mentor construction professionals and build a regional Mining & Metals team.
