AtkinsRéalis seeks an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead mining and mineral processing projects in Nevada and the U.S. Southwest.

You will guide projects from PFS/FS through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and handover, coordinating clients, engineering, procurement, and contractors on complex brownfield and greenfield sites. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in mining construction, strong regional networks, and a proven ability to manage

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive construction and construction management experience in mining, mineral processing, industrial, or heavy construction environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide construction leadership from early works through mechanical completion and handover.
• Lead constructability reviews, execution planning, risk assessments, and site logistics studies.
• Coordinate multiple contractors/subcontractors and manage safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Develop and implement construction management plans, staffing, and site procedures.
• Support proposals, client engagements, and regional growth initiatives in Nevada and the U.S. Southwest.
