The role requires 12–15+ years in mechanical layout design, with Plant3D, Revit, MicroStation, and SmartPlant proficiency. Excellent English communication and leadership abilities are essential for client coordination.

Qualificações

• Bachelor diploma required with extensive layout design experience.
• Proven leadership of large designer teams on mining/heavy industrial projects.
• Strong communication and project-tracking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Layout Discipline Lead on mining and industrial projects.
• Review and approve 3D models, GA drawings, and vendor docs.
• Mentor layout teams and manage staffing and staffing estimates.
• Coordinate with process, structural, civil, electrical teams for data exchange.
• Lead cost estimates, progress tracking, and quality audits for deliverables.
• Support field activities during commissioning and turnover.
