Job summary

i-80 Gold Corp is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst at the Lone Tree Mine site in Battle Mountain, NV. You will maintain item master data, manage stock levels, perform cycle counts, and generate inventory reports to support reliable material availability.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in inventory control or materials management, experience with ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. Mining experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control or materials management preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills required.
• Mining experience is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update item master records and inventory attributes.
• Manage stock levels using Min/Max,ROP,ROQ.
• Generate stock requisition requests to maintain inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile discrepancies.
• Track stock-out events and identify root causes with corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory locations across warehouses and storage areas.
• Identify obsolete or surplus inventory and propose disposition.
• Generate inventory performance reports and support system enhancements.
