Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 7 years in mining.
• Strong understanding of mine costing, production reporting, and inventory accounting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close process including accruals, allocations, and accounting for capital projects.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports monitoring key operating KPIs.
• Manage preparation of monthly management reports.
