> Exposure to finance, M&A and accounting concepts.
> Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
> Strong writing, reporting and presentation abilities.
> Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and ask questions.
> Legally authorized to work in the United States.
> Valid driver's license; willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of a dedicated 12-week project, delivering a final report and presentation.
Conduct industry, market, and company research to assess mining opportunities.
Support evaluation through financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence.
Gather and analyze data to assess project economics, risks, and investment potential.
Assist with developing financial models for exploration, development, acquisitions, and capital projects.
