Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a National Field Service Technician to support heavy mining equipment on-site across the West and Southwest. You will assemble rope shovels and electric drive truck assemblies, perform field maintenance, welding, and machining, and travel extensively to customer sites.

Qualifications

• On-the-road schedule: 6 weeks at a time, 13–14 hour days
• AWS D1.1 certification with FCAW welding test required
• MSHA training certification preferred for safety compliance
• Rigging training completed and able to perform lifting safely
