Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time at a four-year university pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field, or a recent graduate within 12 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills evident in coursework or projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Team player with ability to collaborate in a field and office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles data and assists with problem-solving using basic engineering theories.
• Uses computer programs to solve engineering problems.
• Assists in reviewing, investigating and recommending for small/medium engineering projects.
• Assists with specification development, technical evaluation of equipment, and maintains project documentation.
• May participate as a member of a survey or GPS mapping crew.
• Performs other duties as required.
