Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC in Anchorage, AK seeks a Mining Engineer III to develop and synthesize data for mining operations, supporting Donlin Gold. You will draft and review pre-FEED/FEED design documents for facilities, pipelines and infrastructure, and provide field oversight as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related engineering.
• 5–15 years of experience working on natural resource, mining, and process operations projects.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass drug/background screening.

Responsibilities

• Design review of key engineering documents from EPCM providers.
• Data collection, site inspection, and evaluation for project objectives.
• Lead creation and review of design documents and reports for FEED.
• Provide field support and possible site supervision.
• Lead project planning and RFP responses.
• Serve as Deputy PM for specific projects and assist with client requests.
• Foster a proactive safety culture and teamwork.
