Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC in Anchorage, AK seeks a Mining Engineer III to develop and synthesize data for mining operations supporting the Donlin Gold project. You will review pre-FEED/FEED design documents for facilities, pipelines, and infrastructure, and provide field support as needed.

The role requires strong knowledge across mechanical, civil, electrical, mining, or process engineering and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive safety, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Structural Engineering or other engineering discipline.
• Five to fifteen years of experience on natural resource, mining, and process operations projects.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design review of engineering documents from EPCM providers supporting Donlin Gold.
• Provide field support, site supervision, and data collection to support project objectives.
• Lead project planning, RFP responses, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop and document design documents, plans, reports, and licenses to meet project requirements.
