Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead the Donlin Gold Project in Anchorage. You will head capture, execution, and growth of work, secure opportunities, build high-performing teams, and deliver complex work safely and efficiently while aligning with client goals and long-term strategy.

You will collaborate with Calista, Calista Brice, and client representatives to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance, with strong relationship management and leadership across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering required.
• Ten or more years of proven experience in environmental services, leading projects/programs in excess of $50M.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle per policy.
• Ability to pass a drug, driving and background screenings.
• Five or more years’ experience in developing complex infrastructure in mining-related projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall directions to guide planning at the service, client and contract level.
• Ensure business development and program delivery stay aligned to strategic goals.
• Ensure programs meet expected goals and deliver planned benefits.
• Identify, analyze and prepare for program risks and ensure compliance with quality, safety and security processes.
• Support policies and procedures with Safety as a primary focus.
• Identify and manage conflicts and support a high-performance team environment.
• Provide input by generating leads and supporting proposal development.
• Collaborate with Calista, Bilista and multiple client organizations.
• Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
