Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years EHS in mining or related industries.
• MSHA training required.
• Onsite mining experience preferred.
• Ability to travel AZ up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental management system improvements.
• Perform site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents using root cause analysis.
• Develop and deliver safety trainings including MSHA Part 48.
• Support regulatory inspections and interactions with MSHA.
• Prepare EHS performance reports for leadership.
• Facilitate safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Coach supervisors on hazard recognition and safe work practices.
• Travel to multiple mining locations as needed.
