You will partner with field teams to drive regulatory compliance, schedule trainings, manage risk reduction, and foster a strong safety culture.

Competenze

• Associate's degree preferred in Safety/Environment/Mining or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and mining experience may be considered.
• Minimum 4 years of EHS experience in mining, aggregate, or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience supporting MSHA-regulated operations and safety training.

Mansioni

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of safety and environmental programs.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions to reduce risk.
• Develop and deliver safety training including MSHA Part 48 requirements.
