Komatsu Mining Corp. seeks a Field Service EHS Specialist to strengthen regulatory compliance and safety culture across mining and industrial operations. You will lead training, audits, investigations, and risk reduction initiatives while collaborating with operations management and field personnel.

The role requires several years in mining, MSHA experience, and willingness to travel up to 90% across Arizona, including overnights.

Competenze

Minimum 4 years of EHS experience in mining, aggregate, quarry, construction or heavy manufacturing.
MSHA-regulated operations experience required.
Ability to travel up to 90% across Arizona, including overnights.

Mansioni

Lead implementation and continuous improvement of mine safety and environmental management systems.
Conduct routine site inspections, compliance audits, risk assessments and hazard identifications.
Develop and deliver MSHA Part 48 training programs and support regulatory inspections.
Investigate incidents using root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
Support emergency response planning and contractor safety management.
