Job summary

Ivanhoe Electric is seeking a Director of Construction to lead the Santa Cruz Project's on-site execution in Arizona. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 15+ years of construction and project delivery on major capital mining/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership of on-site construction teams, safety, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for construction execution across the Santa Cruz Project.
• Develop Construction Execution Plan including sequencing, contracting, and site logistics.
• Establish construction organization, staffing, and field management processes.
• Direct activities across underground development, heavy civil, earthworks, structures, and utilities.
• Ensure work aligns with engineering, budgets, permits, and project standards.
• Maintain strong field presence and engage with teams to resolve issues.
• Lead safety, quality, and commissioning readiness efforts.
