Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Legal training is an asset for contract interpretation and risk assessment.
• Experience with complex construction and services contracts is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting strategies and processes to improve flow and visibility.
• Define and implement contracting strategies aligned with project goals (cost, schedule, risk).
• Prepare RFP packages with scope of work, commercial terms, and evaluation criteria.
• Prequalify contractors to build a competitive bidder pool.
• Manage the full bidding cycle and contractor communications.
• Lead bid evaluation and contractor selection, coordinating with engineering and project controls.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize construction contracts with appropriate risk allocation.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
