SpecialtyCare is seeking a Minimally Invasive Clinical Specialist I to support laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical teams in the operating room. You will assist with instrument prep, setup, troubleshooting, and documentation, ensuring smooth OR operations and patient safety.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• No experience required.
• Healthcare experience or training preferred.
• Must live within 30 minutes of contracted hospitals.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must successfully complete pre-hire medical aptitude test and on-the-job training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide logistical and technical support for laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries.
• Set up, troubleshoot and maintain all minimally invasive equipment, including video systems and towers.
• Manage routine tower functions and pre-operative setup.
• Understand video components functionality and troubleshoot accordingly.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff to meet preferences.
• Complete paper and electronic documentation forms.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and available.
• Sterilize and decontaminate equipment post-case and prepare for next case.
