Intermountain Health is seeking a fellowship‑trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join a new MIGS division in Ogden, Utah. The role focuses on complex gynecologic procedures, including endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain, with comprehensive support from advanced practice providers.

Expect a balanced schedule of clinic and OR time, collaboration with Urology and Colorectal surgery, and robust onboarding with EPIC EHR integration.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship required.
• Utah Licensure or ability to obtain.
• Active involvement in medical education.
• Commitment to evidence-based, standardized patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIGS and complex gynecologic surgeries.
• Collaborate with Urology and Colorectal teams for multidisciplinary care.
• Provide personal practice coverage and limited ED call coverage.
• Maintain credentialing and participate in ongoing professional development.

About this role:

As a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon / Complex Benign Gynecologic Surgeon with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. We are establishing a new team of fellowship trained subspecialty surgeons, (including this search for 2 (two) full time MIGS Surgeons) supported by collegial well-trainedstaff and an advanced practice provider to assist in the OR. This new MIGS division will focus on complex gynecologic surgery, with an emphasis on chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis.

• Clinic and OR are located in Ogden, Utah.
• Newlyrenovated office will provide ample exam rooms and in-office procedure space.
• Available block time in the OR, with 24/7 physician anesthesia coverage and Da Vinci Robot Surgical Systems on site.
• Schedulewill typically include 2 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR each week.
• Collaborative multidisciplinary surgical care with Urology and Colorectal surgery encouraged.
• Personal practicecoverage will be required as well as unassigned GYN call coverage for patients in the Emergency Department. ED call shifts are compensated and limited.
• No obstetric careis required.
• EPIC Electronic Health Record system.

How we'll support you:

• You will be paid a guaranteed annual base salary
• $30,000 starting bonus
• Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance
• Up to $75,000 in student loan assistance
• For those completing training, a monthly stipend of $1,500 while still in training.
• Continuous Improvement Incentives up to $20,000 annually

What You'll Bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship required
• Unrestricted Utah Licensure or willingness to obtain
• Active involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education
• Commitment to evidence-based, standardized care in a patient centered, team-based environment
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
