Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Product Specialist to deliver comprehensive product information throughout sales and aftersales processes. You will be a self-starter with a track record of customer satisfaction, maintaining attention to detail, and promoting a world-class customer experience at our Dallas-area dealership.

You will greet customers, use consultative selling to match vehicles, and coordinate a seamless delivery experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer experience is required.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with strong follow-up abilities.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs.
• Use consultative selling to match the best vehicle to customer needs.
• Create a great vehicle delivery experience for the customer.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Prospect through referrals and other approaches.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Gain superior product knowledge to help customers.
• Transition customers to the Service Department for ownership experience.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
