Job summary

Southwest Nissan in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Customer Service Product Specialist to be the primary contact for customers, educate them about products, and resolve issues from start to finish.

You will handle in-person, phone, and email inquiries, assist with product selections, and collaborate with sales, service, and operations to ensure a seamless experience. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service, retail, hospitality, or product support experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical products.

Responsibilities
