Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a dedicated minibar attendant to stock and replenish in‑room private bars and coffee stations, and assist with opening‑team duties in a luxury resort setting.

You will maintain bar par levels, ensure item quality, and follow Four Seasons standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires basic education and hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Minimum six months of food service or related work.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the opening team.
• Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office.
• Keep an accurate par if food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non‑food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas.
• Clean and maintain in‑room private/mini‑bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units.
• Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Assist with in‑room dining tray removal.
• Assist with delivery of in‑room amenities.

Education
