Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks an attentive beverage service colleague to support bartenders and lounge servers while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will set up stations, greet guests, handle requests, stock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized work area. A high school education and at least one year of beverage service are required; weekends and holidays ability is a must.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of beverage service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Flexible schedule with weekend/holiday availability; legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service.

About The Role

Serve guest needs by assisting the Bartender and Lounge Server and completing guest requests.

What You Will Do

• Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.


• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.


• Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service; fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders.


• Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas.


• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.


• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.


• Cut and prepare fruit and other beverage garnishes.


• Assist bartenders in preparing beverages.

What You Bring

• High school education or equivalent experience.


• Minimum one year of beverage service or related work.


• Ability to carry and balance a tray


• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
