Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a Room Service Attendant to deliver food to guest rooms, greet guests, describe menu items with care, and ensure quality service. You will assist with set-up and breakdown of room service areas and use mobile devices to manage orders.

The role requires a high school education and at least 1 year in food service. English proficiency and a team‑oriented mindset are essential, with opportunities for growth in a luxury, guest-focused environment.

• Anticipate guest needs, confirm satisfaction, and respond to requests.
• Close guest checks accurately, secure room numbers and signatures, and settle voided or complimentary meals.
• Follow Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct and work harmoniously with team.

About the role

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

What you will do

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order; transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations. Make proper use of our mobile technology devices and programs.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Take guest orders in the absence of order taker.
• Plate and prepare small food items.

What you bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
