Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, Florida, seeks a hospitality professional to stock and replenish in-room private bars, ensure beverage and snack inventory, and assist with in-room dining service.

You will join the opening team, maintain par levels, and collaborate with Front Office to relay charges; the role requires six months of food service experience and basic English, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Check item quality and expiration and replace as needed.
• Follow Four Seasons work rules and cooperate with staff.

About The Role

Stock and replenish in-room private or mini-bar as well as in-room coffee stations.

Essential Functions

What you will do

• Be part of the opening team
• Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office.
• Keep an accurate par if food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas.
• Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units.
• Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Non-essential Functions

• Assist with in-room dining tray removal.
• Assist with delivery of in-room amenities.

What You Bring

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Minimum six months of food service or related work.
