Job summary

The Cosmopolitan at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Mini Bar Coordinator to drive revenue and ensure accurate minibar operations. You’ll manage charges, settlements, and guest folios while assisting the accounting team and maintaining detailed Excel records.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months of customer service experience, basic auditing or accounting exposure, and a high school diploma. Must be 21 or older, with wellness and dining discounts as part of the perks.

Responsibilities

• Review charges/credits in the Minibar Suspense/Dispute accounts.
• Move credits/charges to the correct guest folio.
• Settle guest accounts accordingly and in a timely manner.
• Create and update Excel Spreadsheets.
• Research variances to ensure charges are posted correctly.
• Research all guest disputes.
• Work closely with the accounting team.
• Perform weekly money transfers.
• Answer telephones and respond to general inquiries.
• Direct work orders and guest requests pertaining to the Minibar.
• General office and paper filing.
• Interact with peers.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Review charges/credits in the Minibar Suspense/Dispute accounts.
