Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a MineStar Application Specialist for on-site work at a Nevada mine site. You will implement MineStar Command, optimize performance, and support customers across 7x7 day/night rotations.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, field support, and collaboration with Caterpillar engineering teams to drive improvements. You will be the on-site expert, interacting with customers, operators, and supervisors, while assisting with installations, QA/QC processes, and training

• Execute continuous improvement projects to optimize production and efficiency.

Training is tailored and may include classroom learning, on-the-job development, and mentoring. **Additional Information:**This position is based at the **mine site in Northern Nevada.**Most MineStar Application Specialists work a 7/7 day/night shift rotation. The selected candidate will drive to the site (approximately two hours from Reno, NV) and stay in customer-provided accommodations during their scheduled shift.
