Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a MineStar Performance Engineer to optimize Fleet and Hauling performance across regional mining sites from Phoenix, AZ. You will collaborate with customers, dealers, and internal teams to drive measurable improvements using data and performance tools.

Qualifications

Degree in Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and related field.
Experience with conventional or autonomous surface mining operations.
Knowledge of MineStar Fleet and Command for Hauling.
Strong data analysis and performance-improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME to support MineStar Fleet and Command for Hauling performance.
Lead Site Assessments and CI initiatives with performance tool implementations.
Apply advanced methodologies to measure and improve MineStar applications.
Coach Caterpillar teams, dealers, and customers on best practices.
Update documentation reflecting performance insights and best practices.
