Caterpillar in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a MineStar Performance Engineer to optimize Fleet and Command for Hauling across sites. You will partner with customers, dealers, and internal teams to drive safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

As a MineStar Performance Engineer, you will be at the core of both staffed and autonomous mining operations, partnering closely with customers to elevate safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. This role sits within the MineStar Performance Center, with a key focus on optimizing the performance of MineStar Fleet and Command for Hauling applications across the region. You'll work directly with customers, dealers, and internal teams to drive measurable improvements using data, assessments, and performance tools—and act on opportunities that unlock value. Location: The primary work location for this role is Phoenix, AZ and requires on-site work five days a week. Travel: This position may require approximately 25-50% to Caterpillar offices and remote mine locations. Relocation: Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position. Summary Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $169,060.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
