Job summary

The role includes diagnosing problems, restoring service via corrective actions, participating in New Product Introductions, and delivering field follow-up projects with hands-on product expertise. You will operate within defined support processes and collaborate with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues across software and on-board hardware.
• Strong analytical skills to gather data and drive root-cause resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24 x 7 x 365 incident management and timely issue resolution.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose application and hardware problems for global MineStar users.
• Collaborate with product development engineering to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Participate in New Product Introduction projects and field followups.
• Escalate top-priority issues to team leads and coordinate CPI/CER processes.
• Communicate status to dealers and report issues to ensure proper resolution.
