Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Autonomous Hauling Technology Consultant in Phoenix, AZ to lead the deployment of MineStar Command for Hauling and drive performance improvements at quarry sites.

You will partner with customers and Caterpillar experts to ensure safe, reliable autonomous operations and measurable productivity gains. You will travel 25-50% to support onboarding, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to future product development through customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering.
• Experience implementing or supporting MineStar Command for Hauling.
• Field support experience in mining or industrial settings.
• Ability to work autonomously at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of MineStar Command for Hauling at customer sites.
• Advise customers on system performance, reliability, and fleet optimization.
• Monitor performance using logs and telemetry to identify trends.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety, productivity, and customer success.
• Develop training materials and quality processes for knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Caterpillar engineering to resolve challenges.
• Support development of Remote Operations capabilities.
