Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona, seeks an Autonomous Hauling Technology Specialist to lead the on-site deployment and operational ramp-up of MineStar Command for Hauling at quarry sites across North America.

You will troubleshoot complex systems, optimize performance, and provide expert guidance to customers, dealers, and Caterpillar teams, enabling safe, efficient autonomous operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting MineStar Command for Hauling in operational environments.
• Strong field support experience in mining or industrial settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software systems on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful implementation of MineStar Command for Hauling at customer quarry sites, ensuring readiness and go-live execution.
• Provide technical advisory to customers, coaching operations teams on safe, effective use of autonomous hauling technology.
• Manage integration of onboard and offboard systems to ensure reliable fleet performance.
• Monitor system performance, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Capture Voice of Customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
