Job summary

Purcell's Global Mining Group is seeking an OTR Field Service Tech to provide tire repair and service for mining equipment in Western Nevada. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and proactive improvements in service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have OTR tire experience, travel flexibility, and a valid driver's license, with preferred MSHA and underground experience. The position offers strong wages, training, and benefits, with opportunities for growth within our field teams.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel as needed between sites.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Three-year clean MVR with no DUI is required.
• OTR tire experience is required.
• Boom/hands truck experience preferred but not required.
• MSHA certification preferred but not required.
• Underground experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic boom.
• Dismount and mount OTR tires on sites using proper tools and safe procedures.
• Disassemble and reassemble tires onto wheels ensuring correct size and ply.
• Repair tires as needed; replace valve stems and remove puncturing objects.
• Keep service truck, tools, and equipment clean and maintained.
• Capture and track site data following the issued schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the work area.
• Embrace Purcell's safety culture and perform all jobs safely.
• Look for opportunities to improve products and services.
• Perform other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management.
