Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
• 8+ years of related experience required.
• 3+ years in mining or aggregate industry required.
• Experience with surveying required; drone surveying preferred.
• Licensed drone pilot or able to obtain license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with life-of-mine plans for quarries and sand/gravel ops.
• Update and use GIS to provide operational insights.
• Model and analyze short- and long-term mine planning.
• Provide technical evaluations of mine plans.
• Oversee stockpile inventory for multiple divisions.
• Coordinate field activities to ensure timely deliverables.
• Travel to field locations as needed.
