Job summary

World Resource News is seeking a Mine Manager in Crab Orchard, TN to lead a team of 10+ employees in mining and crushing operations. You will ensure safe operations, implement mine plans, and drive five-year planning and annual material movement targets in alignment with environmental requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in mining operations and leadership, with strong knowledge of process control and MSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in mining operations or mining engineering.
• Three to five years in leadership or supervision in underground mining or mineral processing.
• Practical knowledge of mining production, crushing, process control and MSHA requirements.
• Experience managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10+ employees in mining and crushing operations.
• Ensure safe mining and crushing operations in compliance with MSHA and environmental requirements.
• Implement mine plans and contribute to five-year planning and annual targets.
• Manage mining and crushing budgets to reduce cost per tonne.
• Develop employees and collaborate with maintenance teams to improve equipment availability.
