Job summary

Michigan Paving and Materials, a CRH company, seeks an Operations & Mine Planning Manager to support area leaders with planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across assigned aggregate locations.

You will translate long-range mine plans into actionable operating plans, collaborate with environmental, engineering, and regulatory teams, and help drive safe, efficient operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in mining/related field; relevant aggregate-industry exp considered.
• Experience in mine planning, permitting, environmental compliance, and regulatory coordination.
• Ability to interpret mine plans, permits, and regulatory documents and translate into operating plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Managers and Plant Superintendents with operational planning and execution across facilities.
• Plan and coordinate mine planning, permitting, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Translate reserve information into practical annual and multi-year operating plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, environmental, and regulatory teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.
