The role drives forecasted tonnage, copper grade, and production goals while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have 5+ years in mining operations and at least 1 year in supervisory positions, with strong leadership and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Must understand the mining process and safety standards.
• Experience leading teams in field operations is required.
• Proven ability to manage safety and production goals.
• Proficient with standard office software and reporting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mining and haulage crews for safe material placement.
• Achieve monthly forecasted tonnage and copper grade goals.
• Train subordinates and develop new skills.
• Ensure production goals are met cost-effectively and safely.
• Coordinate with maintenance, safety, HR and others to meet standards.
• Record attendance, overtime, and performance in SAP or equivalent.
