Job summary

Rango Inc. is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead the safe and efficient operation of a Mesa, AZ mine site. This hands-on leadership role requires initiative, planning, team development, and accountability for overall production performance.

Lead daily operations, drive safety standards, and mentor crews to achieve production goals while coordinating with Maintenance and leadership across sites. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years mining or related supervision experience.
• Strong MSHA safety knowledge.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily mine site operations and supervise field employees.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and MSHA-ready workplace.
• Conduct required workplace examinations and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Ensure proper equipment inspections, defect reporting, housekeeping, and equipment care.
• Monitor equipment availability, utilization, downtime, staffing, and production.
• Identify operational problems and develop solutions before they impact production.
• Plan staffing, equipment, maintenance, and operational needs to support production goals.
