Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates West, LLC is seeking a Mine Foreman in Glendale, AZ to oversee daily mining operations, lead a team, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role includes inspections, production scheduling, inventory management, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

You will supervise employees, promote safety, and coordinate with maintenance and process operators to meet production goals, while adhering to MSHA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the job preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be hands-on and able to work in varied outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through recognition.
• Comply with industry safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure safe operation of crusher and wash plant.
• Order inventory for routine maintenance.
• Lead production team to ensure quality and timely output.
• Train and direct workers to complete tasks.
• Maintain equipment inspections and scheduling.
• Foster communications across plant teams.
